Todd Donovan - Speaker Bio
Todd Donovan was a Lieutenant/Paramedic (retired) with the Derry, NH Fire Department and was with the department for 20 years, and has been a paramedic for 30 years. He lives in Chester, NH, with Nicole, his wife of 30 years, and four children, all grown and scattered throughout the county.
Freedom Hill Consulting, where Todd is the CEO, consults with emergency services organizations as a data impact advisor. Todd is also the President of the Board of Directors at the National Alliance on Mental Illness in New Hampshire, and holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Granite State College.
Todd knows the struggle of living with mental illness, having been diagnosed with tardive dyskinesia years ago. Through sharing his story of lived experience managing TD, he opens an honest conversation with the audience to break down the stigma and barriers that prevent people from seeking treatment. He takes a positive approach to seeking help and finding healing. You will be inspired by the story of a lifelong struggle with mental illness and finding a treatment that works, healing and peace.
