Brittnee Henry is a mental health caregiver and advocate, and communications and marketing professional who has dedicated the past 14 years of her career to advocating for various aspects of brain health including research, new models of care and education and efforts to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. Brittnee has worked at major medical centers across the country including the MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Menninger Clinic and the University of Texas Health Science Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital as a development professional and champion for research and patient programs. Last year Brittnee returned home to her rural community in Iowa as the caregiver and advocate for her father, a lifelong Iowa farmer, who has dementia.
